I feel very lucky to have Decio as a customer service rep. He makes me feel that he does everything in his power to have the service cost and time completed efficiently.

He always keeps me posted and the main reason I come to Budds’ is because of Decio and his fantastic customer service.

I have never had that experience anywhere so I am very thankful to have Decio as my service rep.


I must say the last couple of times I have had Decio Tendeiro look after the work that I had to have done on my car and he is excellent! I am going to make sure I book my appointments with him from now on as he is very personable and goes out of his way to make sure things get taken care of properly.

I didn’t even realize that there was an upstairs quiet area that you can go and relax, while your car is serviced, until he showed it to me when I purchased my car a couple of years ago.

Decio even personally ran my car through the wash one day as he said it was faster than looking for someone to do it, at the time.

I have been wanting to put a good word in for Decio as he does his best to make sure you leave feeling good about the work done. He is the type of guy you want looking after customers. I have even had other customers tell me that he is the one I should have looking after my car. It looks like I am not the only one that thinks he is doing a great job.
